Connecting mentor and mentee for long-lasting connection.

The goal of the project is to help retirees find their second identity and to build a personal connection with younger professionals. At the same time, the young professionals would benefit from retirees’ rich work experiences as well as getting help achieving their professional goals by building stronger relationships with retirees who were in the same field.

I conducted over 10 interviews with retirees and young professionals, 3 rounds of idea ideation sessions, 4 prototype testings, and designed Connector; a product that helps professional growth and achievement over time along with creating a deep and long-term connection between two parties.
